COHONDUCAFE Foundation
We are a non-political, non-discriminatory, and non-profit organization dedicated to social development. Our primary goal is to foster environmental and social sustainability in agricultural activities by assisting producers, their families, and communities.
Through strategic alliances and impactful projects, we aligned our work with United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals, contributing to a better world for all. Our mission is to contribute to the improvement of living conditions of coffee farmers and their families, helping them boost their farm productivity through environmentally friendly practices and is always watchful of the respect of women rights, gender equity and social inclusion of youth. The Foundation supports initiatives that drive productivity, economic growth, social responsibility, and environmental stewardship.

La Alianza para el Café
Honduras' Coffee Alliance supports farmers with training, technical aid, market access, and rural finance to boost resilience to climate change, enhance productivity, and improve coffee quality and living conditions.
Iniciativa por los Jóvenes
Youth Initiative, a Nestlé program, engages businesses to contribute to Honduras' future. It fosters prosperous communities by developing young people's skills for more productive, self-sustainable farms and higher incomes. The initiative also strengthens agro-entrepreneurship and builds a sense of belonging for youth in their original areas.
Bosques del Mañana
Nestlé Honduras, with its commitment to contribute to the country's coffee industry through the Nescafé Plan, is launching the reforestation program "Forests of Tomorrow." The purpose is to plant 5 million trees over the next five years in coffee-producing areas and protected forests in Honduran territory
Eco Lluvias
Project funded by Nestlé Denmark: The objective of this project is to improve the quality of life for coffee producers by installing a system to capture and use rainwater for various applications.
Apicultura sostenible
Project funded by Nestlé Denmark: The Sustainable Beekeeping Project was conceived with the aim of addressing the current global situation of bees. It is known that Apis mellifera is under threat due to the extensive use of harmful products in agriculture.
Mujer, Café y Prosperidad
"Mujer, Café y Prosperidad" is aligned with the "In Her Hands" Initiative led by Vice President Kamala Harris and the Alliance for Central America (PCA). As part of the MujerProspera Challenge, it focuses on boosting economic opportunities and women's involvement in production processes.
Plan Nescafé
To continue supporting Honduran coffee farming families within the Nescafé Plan, Nestlé is fostering a partnership with the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), CoHonducafé, and its foundation, the country's largest coffee exporter. This alliance will contribute USD29 million to enhance agricultural programs in Honduras.
Aúla Móvil
The Mobile Classroom of the Nescafé Plan program for young coffee growers becomes the first of its kind. In this way, we will bring education closer to young coffee growers in their respective regions through a platform with practical education that complements their theoretical knowledge and provides comprehensive education."
